Blackened Salmon



2 slabs of salmon

1 pile of spices

1 rice

2 ft foil

1 plate



cover salmon with rub

add salmon to plate

add foil to boiler (for ease of cleanup)

turn broil up to high

add plate and salmon to broiler

wait util fire starts

flip salmon

wait until plate shatters

remove salmon

remove bits of plate from salmon

server over rice
