Benedict Bruschete

 

Materials:

Hollandaise sauce mix

1 cup milk

1 tbsp butter

4 eggs

presliced canadian bacon

french/italan loaf

 

Steps:

mix milk, butter, and souce mix in a small pot on low heat

toast bread thick slices

heat pan on med with bacon

add 2 eggs

attempt cook over easy

try again with ramain eggs

add over easy eggs to bacon and bread

server

enjoy
